In June 2003 WBG hosted the first Pan-Island
Gender Budgets Conference to bring together individuals
and organisations with an interest or involvement
in gender budget analysis from across England,
Scotland, Wales, Eire and Northern Ireland.
A second
conference was held in Scotland by the Scottish
Women's Budget Group in March 2004. The theme
of the conference was Tools: What Works?
